我的晚餐

I’m a healthy girl because I have good and rich dinner. When I get up at about 6:30 my mother already cooks breakfast for me. There are eggs milk bread sausage for breakfast. I like milk and bread best. So I’am tall and strong. At school I have my lunch at 12:00. Many students like eating lunch in our school because there are many delicious foods such as fish chicken hot dog jiaozi hamburgers and so on I like them very much so I eat very well. For supper I eat less than breakfast and lunch. My mother often tells me that I should eat less in the evening it’s good for my body.

中国餐Chinese Meals

In China people usually have three meal a day they are breakfast lunch and supper.

People usually have breakfast from seven to nine in the morning. There are many kind of food for them to eat such as nuddles eggs fried dough sticks and soy milk. They have lunch at about twelve at noon usually have vegetables meats and rice. They have a short rest after lunch. Supper is about at six in the evening. All the family eat together they eat the same kind of food as the lunch. Some people like to have some fruits after the meal.

在中国，人们通常一天三餐，早餐、午餐和晚餐。

人们通常在早上7点到9点的时候吃早餐，早餐有很多种食物，例如面条、鸡蛋、油条和豆浆。他们中午12点左右吃午餐，一般吃蔬菜、肉和米饭。午餐过后休息一会儿。晚餐在晚上6点左右。全家人一起吃，他们吃的食物跟午餐的一样。有些人喜欢在饭后吃些水果。

我的饮食习惯 My Eating Habits

Under the take care of my mother my eating habit is very regular. I often eat porridge in the morning. Sometimes my mother will prepare some pickles for me. But sometimes I will put an egg into the porridge to have the egg porridge. At noon I will eat in school canteen. Sometimes I will have noodles. At night my mother will prepare a big meal for me. After dinner I will eat a little fruit.

在我妈妈的照顾下，我的饮食习惯是很有规律的。我常常在早上喝粥。有时候我妈妈会帮我准备一些小菜。但是有时候，我就会放一个鸡蛋到粥里来喝鸡蛋粥。中午的时候，我是在学校饭堂吃的。有时候我会吃粉。晚上我妈妈会给我准备好丰盛的晚餐，晚饭后，我会吃一些苹果。

儿童节晚餐 Dinner on Children"s Day

The day before yesterday was the Children"s Day. Our city held an interesting activity in which children and their parents played the rich and the poor. In the dinner the rich could have delicious food but the poor could only have bread with porridge. Parents all hoped to have the dinner for the poor with the children. They hoped that their children could be taught a lesson from the dinner.

前天是儿童节。我们市举行了一项有趣的活动，活动中孩子们和他们的父母扮演富人和穷人。晚餐时，富人可以吃好吃的食物，但是穷人只可以吃面包和粥。父母都希望和孩子们吃穷人的晚餐。他们希望孩子能够从晚餐中受到教育。

Now many people on earth don"t have enough food or clothes. Every day only one half of the world could enjoy enough food. The activity was held to make the families understand the differences between the poor and the rich and also make the parents know that too much material life won"t always do good to the children.

如今，地球上很多人都没有足够的食物和衣服。每天世界上只有一半的人能够享有足够的食物。举办这次活动是为了使家庭理解穷人和富人之间的差别，并且是父母们知道过多的物质生活并不总是对孩子有好处。
